I believe there's a long, long, loooong list of reasons that all boil down to fear, doubt, insecurity… and of course…
~ A colossal lack of Self-Love.
Sure we tell ourselves all kinds of stories but come on now… that's what's REALLY going on and we know it!!
Believe me when I tell you that I speak from experience when I say…
Our outside is ALWAYS a match to our inside. ALL of it!!
The people we are engaging with, enmeshed with, ‘in love' with…
ARE A DIRECT REFLECTION OF US!!
The people that we are ADDICTED to…
ARE A DIRECT REFLECTION OF US!! That's right!!
He/She IS YOUR mirror…
So take a good look at your reflection and OWN IT Baby…
IF you want anything to change… EVER…
~ ‘Cause it's ALL your shit!!
What they ‘do to us' is a reflection of… what WE do to us… deep down… until we don't. Always!
We can point our fingers all we want, stomp and scream and yell and complain and blame and criticize and judge to our heart's content…
(Oh the drama of it all… freaking exhausting isn't it?!!) …
At the end of the day (maybe someday) when we are hurt enough, tired enough, spent enough… and we're ready to…
~ Get dirt honest with ourselves and others
~ Grow the fuck up already
~ Take responsibility for our lives like the big people we are
~ And do OUR work…
~ OUR WORK… not ‘theirs'… OURS!!
We'll have to admit…
It was ALL ALWAYS OUR STUFF! And they were sent…
With ALL their flaws, and wounds, and shortcomings, and abusive ways and shitty behaviors and lack of love…
To show us, to teach us as the perfect Teachers that they are…
All of our flaws, and wounds and shortcomings and abusive ways and shitty behaviors… and lack of Love…
ALL the ways we fundamentaly abuse ourselves!!
ALL the ways we do not, can not, will not… Love ourselves!!
Water rises to its own level, Friends. Every single fucking time!
So blame and criticize and yell and scream and run your control dramas and manipulate and threaten and chase and run and lie and hide… for as long as you need to… to your heart's content.
Just know that it ALL begins and ends with you. ALL of it!!
Aren't you tired of it? ALL of it? It's ever so tiring, no?!!
What I know for sure is this…
When you stop focusing on what's wrong with them and start focusing on what's wrong with you…
AND what's right with you… 'cause there really is so much freaking right with you…
THAT'S when things will finally change, improve, get better…
~ FOR YOU!! ❤️
Here's what else I know for sure…
They'll either rise to the occasion, get well, get better… and change… with you… OR…
They'll vibrate right the Hell out of your Life…
~ and you'll have ZERO control over that outcome
~ and you'll be just fine either way
~ 'cause you'll be Loving you
~ and you'll be attracting and reflecting your Love all over the damned place… and Life… your Life… will be grand!!
I speak from experience! Life is grand! Healthy Love is SO fucking grand!! ❤️

If you keep repeating the same old unhealthy and painful patterns in your relationships… you've got work to do.
If you're stuck with someone who's making your life a living Hell… you've got work to do.
If you're an empath attracting one narcissist after another… you've got work to do.
If you're waiting for someone else to come along and make you happy… you've got some serious work to do.

~ DO. YOUR. WORK!!
